Seolmi is a local FMCG brand in Indonesia focusing on health and beauty products. They began with fiber drinks, later expanding into vegan whey protein and bodycare products. Despite their growing product line, they lacked a digital presence beyond social media and had limited visibility into their end customers due to their distribution model relying on modern trade, distributors, and resellers.

Sanitized.com.au is a Melbourne-based commercial cleaning company specializing in the management of public areas in apartment buildings and office towers. Established in 2014, the company started with a single office tower but quickly expanded to manage multiple buildings and a growing team of cleaning staffs. As their operations scaled, their manual processes using spreadsheets and messaging apps became inefficient and inadequate, prompting them to seek a more robust digital solution.

Enhancing Operations with a Tailored and Scalable HRIS
Bernofarm is a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. With its ever growing team Bernofarm sought to improve their internal operations by revamping and developing a new HRIS platform tailored to their specific needs. While they explored subscription-based platforms by other vendors, they ultimately decided that a custom-built solution would be more cost-efficient, flexible, and secure. Following the success of their consumer-facing platform, Fitalongday.com, Techtonic.id was engaged the second time to design and build this new HRIS platform.

20FIT is an Indonesian lifestyle and wellness brand operating a network of fitness centres. Seeing the growing trend of sporting events in Jakarta —such as marathons, tennis tournaments and golf events — 20FIT saw an opportunity to expand its business into the sporting event space. They aimed to enhance their existing digital ecosystem by integrating an Event Management System (EMS) into their current web and mobile platforms.

Fitalongday is a division under Bernofarm, one of Indonesia’s leading pharmaceutical companies, which focused on offering a range of multivitamins and health supplements, such as VitalongC, Biolysin, Kontrabat, Fitergy, GreatD, Dinomato, and BoneKidz. Despite having various products that caters to different target audiences and health needs, it lacked a strong digital presence and failed to effectively communicate its product offering and value.
